Note : Instructions for Apply Online Registration Form -

The process of online registration form submissions which are as follows :
1. Before filling the registration form, kindly read the conference rules and regulations carefully.
2. All important information related to the online registration form will be sent to the registered email ID. Applicants are advised to provide their correct email ID/mobile number for use.
3. Fill all the columns carefully; incomplete registration form will be rejected.
4. After successfully Submition of the online registration form then generated automatic registration no.
5. Follow the conference registration number generated for any future correspondence.
6. User may enter his/her name in place of bank reference no, if bank does not provide bank reference no.
7. Recent passport-sized color photographs (in "JPEG" format only) should be scanned and uploaded. The scanned photograph file should not exceed 200 KB in size, with a width of 250 pixels and a height of 300 pixels.
8. It is mandatory to enter the Institute name and designation in the professional information section.
9. Bank Challan Receipt or UPI payment receipt to upload (.jpg or .png or pdf file formats only with max. size 1 mb).
10. Registration with unclear uploaded digital photographs will be rejected, and the registration form will not be accepted without the payment of the registration fee.
11. That user can send mail on cgmicrocon@gmail.com about their extra information and/or enquiry. It is necessary to mention automatic provided online conference registration no in any email correspondence.
12. User must be submitted electronically & Registration form in hard copy will NOT be accepted.
13. Finally, for future reference, please take a printout of the completed online registration form.
14. Browser Recommendations: The registration functions only with Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 & Google Chrome.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• 50% refund if cancelled before 25th July 2026.
• No refund if cancelled on/after 25th July 2026.
• Payment shall be refunded 1 month after the Conference, to the account from which booking transaction done.
